Delivery time and shipment

DELIVERY TIME

Minis Only will take the greatest possible care when it comes to processing orders. Orders are usually dispatched by us to PostNL or DHL within 3 working days. Usually the delivery time is less than 3 working days, i.e. 1-2 working days. Are you in a hurry? Please send us an email at [email protected] and we will see if we can offer you any extra services.

Minis Only will do its utmost to deliver approved orders as soon as possible. We will notify you if the delivery is delayed by more than 2 days - either due to being temporarily out of stock, or for other reasons - or if an order cannot be carried out or can only be partially carried out. In that case you have the right to cancel the (remaining) order if we have not yet sent your order.

EXCEPTIONS
Personalised items, handmade items and pre-order items have a longer delivery time. This longer delivery time is clearly stated in the product specifications for these items. We ship all orders all at once. We therefore advise you to order stocked items (delivery time 1-3 working days) and other items (1-2 weeks) separately if you want to receive the stocked items sooner. If you decide to separate your orders into several shipments after you have placed them, it is possible that - subject to your approval - additional shipping costs will be charged.

SHIPPING COSTS

• The Netherlands:
  The shipping costs are free for orders within the Netherlands with a purchase price of 75 euros or more. The shipping costs are charged according to the weight of the items. Digital gift vouchers are sent free of charge. The shipping costs are €1.99 for orders of 1 or 2 animal necklaces, bow ties or tattoos and €3.90 for clothing orders. Shipping costs to your address are never higher than €3.90, and not for parcels either*! It is also possible to pick up your order at a PostNL collection point for €5.95. 
  
  * except for the shipment of personalized balls, bath letters and shoes. The shipping costs for these are €4.90.
  
  
• Belgium and Germany
  Shipping costs are free for orders of €125 and above within these two countries. Shipping costs for orders under 125 euros are never higher than €7.50. 
  
  
• European countries:
  There is a €13.50 shipping fee for orders to the following European countries: Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, Italy, France, Denmark, Austria and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free for orders of 175 euros or above.
  
  
• Worldwide:
  For shipping to all other countries, there is a fee of €22.50 incl. VAT. Orders to these countries above €300 receive free shipping.
