1         Safe online shopping

At Minis Only we want  our customers to be able to shop online with us in a safe, convenient and fast way.  We are affiliated with Webwinkelkeur so that our customers are assured that we are acting in accordance with the basic legal requirements for online shopping.

We use a secure internet connection in order to send sensitive information, such as your address and payment details. This is because we want our customers to be confident that their data will be stored securely. That is why we use a secure SSL connection with HTTPS. This means that the website address of www.minisonly.nl is preceded by https:// instead of the normal http://. The letter 's' stands for 'secure'.


2         Sizes

If there is no mention in the description of an item on our website www.minisonly.nl, then this item of clothing should be a good fit according to our information. If we are aware that items are too large or too small, we will state this clearly in the product description.

We sell many international brands from, for example, Canada, Australia, North America and Great Britain. Each country uses its own specific sizes. We have drawn up a separate size chart that will help you to make the right choice. View our size chart here .


3         Placing an order

Ordering at www.minisonly.nl is very easy:

Step 1             View our website and place the desired item in your virtual shopping cart

Step 2             Have you finished shopping? Click in the upper right corner of your screen on the number of items and the total sum in order to proceed to your 'shopping cart'.

Step 3             Click on 'complete order'.
Please note: If you have received a discount code or if you want to redeem a gift voucher, please enter the code under 'Discount code' first and then press 'apply'.

Step 4             You are almost done! Now choose whether you want to pay as a guest or register as a (returning) customer. In the event you already have a customer account you may log in here

Step 5             Fill in your personal details
If you have already logged into your own account, then this step is, of course, unnecessary. Please check if the information is still up to date

Step 6             Select your method of payment. During this step, you will automatically see the payment options that are applicable to you.


4         Payment methods

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website:

- Gift voucher from Minis Only. Use the code on the gift voucher in the 'discount code' field when you pay for your shopping order on the online checkout page. It is not possible to enter multiple discount codes in one order.

Payment of the order is made by payment of the full amount in advance (with the exception of deferred payments). The order will be shipped as soon as the payment has been made in full. If the payment is not made within 48 hours, then the order will be cancelled by us.

¹ AfterPay – Deferred payment (The Netherlands)
AfterPay administers the complete deferred payment process on behalf of www.minisonly.nl This means that you are able to see an overview of your payment information and pay via the AfterPay App . With the AfterPay App you can do this safely and easily on your smartphone. You can manage your payment information on your computer or tablet via the MyAfterPay online platform . AfterPay keeps you informed via push notifications & e-mails when payment information is available. At www.minisonly.nl, you may have a deferred payment of up to €150 when you pay via AfterPay for the first time. If you are already registered with AfterPay, then you may pay up to an amount of €250. In order to be able to approve your request for deferred payment, AfterPay will check your personal details. AfterPay has a strict privacy policy in place as outlined in its privacy statement. Should your request for payment through AfterPay not be approved,  you may, of course, pay your order using another payment method that we offer at Minis Only. If you have any questions, you may always contact AfterPay. For more information, we refer you to AfterPay .

² During checkout, enter the codes that are on the gift voucher in order to redeem the amount on the gift voucher. You can pay any remaining amount using one of our payment methods. Please note: Reimbursement of the amount on the gift voucher is not allowed in the event of a return, or as a gift voucher nor in currency.

5         Delivery times

Minis Only will do its utmost to deliver approved orders as soon as possible. On our homepage we specify that orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment. We can often ship your order earlier, i.e. within 1-2 working days. Are you in a hurry to receive your order? Please send an e-mail to [email protected] so that we can provide you with the best possible service.

We will notify you if the delivery is delayed by more than 2 days - either due to being temporarily out of stock, or for other reasons - or if an order cannot be carried out, or can only be partially carried out.  

Minis Only  outsources the delivery of orders to PostNL and DHL. These postal services usually deliver within 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, it can also (occasionally) occur that the delivery is delayed by up to a total of three weeks in the worst case. Minis Only usually delivers your order using Track & Trace so we can be certain that your order has been delivered. You will receive the tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped and you may also request it from us if you wish.

Personalised items, handmade items and pre-order items have a longer delivery time. This longer delivery time is clearly stated in the product description for these items. We ship all orders all at once. We therefore advise you to order stocked items (delivery time 1-3 working days) and other items (1-2 weeks) separately if you want to receive the stocked items sooner. If you decide to separate your orders into several shipments after you have placed them, it is possible that - subject to your approval - additional shipping costs will be charged.


6         Shipping costs

The reason we charge shipping costs is because we don't want to include the delivery fees in the prices of the items, as is often the case with many shops that offer free delivery. This would mean that the items would be more expensive and we want to offer the best price possible for each item. So you pay a single delivery charge - and not for every item you buy. 

Please be sure to enter the correct address information. If we have to resend your order because the address details are incorrect, the additional shipping costs (for reshipping) are at your own expense. If the order is cancelled after shipment, the shipping costs will also be at your own expense.

The Netherlands
Within the Netherlands, €3.95 shipping costs will be charged for orders valued up to €75, regardless of the size of the order (as in letterbox and parcel services*). It is also possible to pick up your order at a PostNL collection point for €6.95. Minis Only will handle shipping costs for orders over €75. Digital gift vouchers are sent free of charge. The shipping costs for orders of 1 or 2 animal necklaces, bow ties or tattoos are €2,25.

    * except for the shipment of bigger items such as personalised balls, bath letters and shoes. The shipping costs for these are €6.95.

Belgium and Germany
Shipping costs are free for orders of €75 and above within these two countries. Shipping costs for orders under 125 euros are never higher than €6,95. 

There is a €13.50 shipping fee for orders to the following European countries: Luxembourg, Spain, Monaco, Italy, France, Denmark, Austria and the United Kingdom. Shipping is free for orders of 175 euros or above.

For shipping to all other countries, there is a fee of €22.50 incl. VAT. Orders to these countries above €300 receive free shipping.

7         Exchanges

At Minis Only we find it extremely important to provide good service. It is therefore no problem whatsoever  if the product that you have ordered is too large or too small. Exchanging an item for the same item in a different size or colour is always possible with us - if the item is in stock. In case of an exchange, our returns rules apply, which in principle means that you return the item in the same condition as you received it from us.

What do you have to do if you want to exchange an item?

Send us an e-mail to [email protected] and let us know if you would like to exchange an item. In that case we will reserve the requested item for you. As soon as we have received your returned item in good condition, we will send you the reserved item free of charge. Your costs are therefore solely limited to returning the item. You will not have to place a separate order at Minis Only .


8         Returns

Minis Only is committed to achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and proper rules are a part of this. After receiving your order , you have the right to let us know within 14 days that you would like to return an item. This is your right of withdrawal.  You may view and evaluate the item within this period. You then have 14 days to ensure that the item is returned to us. After this period, your right of withdrawal expires and any returns thereafter will no longer be accepted.

If you  wish to return the item, you must  contact  us prior to the return shipment so that we know which items we can expect to be returned. You will receive a return form with each delivery (see the back of your delivery receipt). Please add this form (or this  standard form ) to the return shipment.

After returning the complete order, you are entitled to a refund of the purchase price from Minis Only  including  shipping costs. If the return shipment is part of an order, you will receive the purchase price  excluding  the return shipping costs. The shipping costs for sending your order back to Minis Only (or part of your order) are at your own expense. We will refund you by using the same method of payment that you have used to pay us.

If you expect a refund as a result of a return, we will refund the purchase price to you within 2 working days after we have processed the return in our administration.



9         Return policy

We are helpful, accommodating and customer-friendly. However, when it comes to accepting returns, we need to be strict so that all customers receive the same quality of products and service from us. Your return will therefore have to comply with a number of (self-evident) rules.

We will only accept returns:

  • ·         whereby the items are in their original state, i.e., complete, unworn, not rewashed, not repaired, neatly folded, and in proper packaging, (if applicable) with red return label attached and any price tags;
  • ·         whereby the items are packaged in a reasonable and proper manner and are adequately protected when returned ( so as to avoid any transport-related damage);
  • ·         which have been received by us within the view and return period, and
  • ·         that have the correct postage, and
  • .      that have not been personalised with, for example, names or date of birth 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift vouchers.

If you still decide to return something without complying with the above rules, we will contact you to inform you how your method of return will affect any refund of the purchase price or the return of the item (shipping and handling costs are to be paid by you in these cases).

10       Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been paid for can be easily cancelled. Just send us an e-mail at [email protected]

You may cancel a paid order up until the moment of shipment.  In the case of personalised items, you may cancel the order at any time before the item is printed/made for you. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. In that case, the amount paid will be refunded to your account immediately. We will refund you by using the same method of payment that you have used to pay us. If the items have already been sent to the address provided, the returns policy will apply.


11       Redeeming a gift voucher

You may pay with a Minis Only gift voucher on our online checkout page. First shop online and then pay for your order.

This is how you can redeem the amount on your gift voucher:

On the gift voucher there is a code made up of various numbers and letters. You can enter this code in 'Discount code' field when you are arranging payment on the checkout page. It is not possible to redeem more than one gift voucher in one order.

The amount on your Minis Only gift voucher is deducted directly from the value of the items in your order. The code may be used only once, which means that the amount on your gift voucher must be spent all at once. If the balance on your gift voucher is insufficient to pay for your complete purchase, then you can pay the remaining amount.


12       Finding inspiration

We have posted photos on our website that customers have sent us of their children in our outfits. These photos can be viewed here

Minis Only is active on Facebook, where we now have more than 50,000 followers. We share e.g. photos of children in our outfits on our homepage. 12       Warranty

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal warranty means that a product is or must do what you as a customer can reasonably expect from it.

Sometimes it happens that an accessory is missing or a production error has been made, such as an incorrectly stitched seam or loose print. If you have received a product with a defect or an item is missing from your order, we ask you to report this before use, please immediately upon receipt, but no later than 2 days. You can report this defect via [email protected], with a clear photo and your order number. We will then check if there is any user damage or a factory error and contact you as soon as possible. In the event of a production error, you are entitled to an appropriate compensation / solution.

Production errors can be recognized by a short piece of loose seam, without fraying or loose threads. If the edge or seam is wide open or a fabric is torn, then there is almost always user damage, for example because it has been pulled too hard. This is not covered by our warranty.


13       Filing a complaint

We recommend that you first notify us of any complaints by sending an e-mail to [email protected] If this does not lead to a resolution, then you have the option of submitting your complaint by e-mail to [email protected]. If there is no resolution, you can request mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur who we are affiliated with. 

As of 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for EU consumers to register complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at  http://ec.europa.eu/odr If your complaint is not already being dealt with somewhere else, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
